二、風(fēng)管加工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的留意事項(xiàng)

1、通風(fēng)管道加工時(shí)為保證風(fēng)管制造后的強(qiáng)度，在下料時(shí)粘合處有一邊要保存20mm鋁箔做護(hù)邊；

1. In order to ensure the strength of the air duct after manufacturing during the processing of the air duct, 20mm aluminum foil shall be stored on one side of the bonding part as the edge protection during blanking;

2、風(fēng)管在粘合前需預(yù)組合，檢查拼接縫處能否緊密，尺寸能否契合請(qǐng)求。依據(jù)時(shí)節(jié)溫度、濕度及膠粘劑的性能肯定佳粘合時(shí)間。粘接后，用角尺、鋼卷尺檢查、調(diào)整垂直度及對(duì)角線偏向應(yīng)契合規(guī)則。

2. The air duct shall be pre assembled before bonding to check whether the splicing joint is tight and whether the size meets the requirements. According to the seasonal temperature, humidity and the performance of the adhesive, the bonding time must be good. 3、在通風(fēng)管道加工時(shí)，做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)板材和預(yù)制管的廢品維護(hù)工作。
