The smoke exhausting fan can adopt centrifugal or axial flow exhaust fan (meet the requirement of continuous working 30min at 280 degrees C). The smoke exhaust fan at the entrance of the exhaust fan should be set up automatically and interlock and close the exhaust fan. The 4.4.2 exhaust wind machine should be set at the top of the exhaust system. The flue gas exit should be upwards, and should be higher than the inlet air inlet of the pressure fan. The vertical distance should not be less than 3m or the horizontal distance should not be less than 10m. When a smoke vent or smoke valve is opened, smoke exhaust fans should be able to start automatically.

1.排煙風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)設(shè)置在專用的風(fēng)機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)或室外屋面上，風(fēng)機(jī)房應(yīng)采用耐火極限不低于2.0h的隔墻和1.5h的樓板及防火門與其它部位隔開(kāi)。當(dāng)條件受到限制時(shí)，可設(shè)置在專用空間內(nèi)，空間四周的圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)采用耐火極限不低于1.0h的不燃燒體，風(fēng)機(jī)兩側(cè)應(yīng)有600mm以上的空間。當(dāng)必須與其他風(fēng)機(jī)合用機(jī)房時(shí)，應(yīng)符合下列條件：

1. smoke exhausting fan should be set up in the special fan room or outdoor roof. The wind machine room should be separated from the wall of the fire-resistant limit not less than 2.0h and the floor of 1.5h and the first class fire door. When the condition is restricted, it can be set in the special space. The enclosure structure around the space should adopt the non combustion body with the fire resistance limit less than 1.0h, and the two sides of the fan should have more than 600mm space. When the engine room must be combined with other fans, the following conditions shall be met:

1）機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)有自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)；

1) the automatic sprinkler system should be set up in the machine room.

2）機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)不得設(shè)有用于機(jī)械加壓送風(fēng)的風(fēng)機(jī)與管道；

2) no fan or pipeline for mechanical pressurized air supply can be installed in the engine room.

3）排煙風(fēng)機(jī)與排煙管道上不得設(shè)有軟接管。

3) no soft nozzle should be installed on the exhaust fan and exhaust pipe.

2.排煙管道必須采用不燃材料制作，當(dāng)采用金屬管道時(shí)，管道內(nèi)風(fēng)速不宜大于20m/s；當(dāng)采用內(nèi)表面光滑的混凝土等非金屬材料管道時(shí)，不宜大于15m/s。4.4.5當(dāng)?shù)蹴攦?nèi)有可燃物時(shí)，吊頂內(nèi)的排煙管道應(yīng)采用不燃燒材料進(jìn)行隔熱，并應(yīng)與可燃物保持不小于150mm的距離。

The 2. exhaust pipe must be made of non combustible materials. When metal pipes are used, the wind speed should not be greater than 20m/s, and it should not be greater than 15m/s when using the smooth concrete and other nonmetallic materials. 4.4.5 when there are combustible materials in the ceiling, the exhaust pipes in the ceiling should be insulated with non burning materials and should be kept at a distance not less than 150mm from the combustible materials.

3.當(dāng)火災(zāi)確認(rèn)后，同一排煙系統(tǒng)中著火防煙分區(qū)的排煙口或自動(dòng)排煙閥應(yīng)呈開(kāi)啟狀態(tài)，其他防煙分區(qū)的排煙閥或排煙口應(yīng)呈關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。

3. when the fire is confirmed, the smoke vent or the automatic exhaust valve should be open in the same exhaust system in the same exhaust system, and the smoke relief valve or exhaust port of other smoke prevention areas should be closed.

4.排煙系統(tǒng)與通風(fēng)、空氣調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)宜分開(kāi)設(shè)置。當(dāng)合用時(shí)，應(yīng)符合下列條件：

2）當(dāng)火災(zāi)被確認(rèn)后，應(yīng)能開(kāi)啟排煙區(qū)域的排煙口和排煙風(fēng)機(jī)，并在15s內(nèi)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉與排煙無(wú)關(guān)的通風(fēng)、空調(diào)系統(tǒng)。

2) when the fire is confirmed, the smoke vent and smoke exhaust fan in the smoke exhaust area can be opened, and the ventilation and air conditioning system which has nothing to do with the exhaust gas is automatically closed in the 15s.

5.排煙井道應(yīng)采用耐火極限不小于1h的隔墻與相鄰區(qū)域分隔；當(dāng)墻上必須設(shè)置檢修門時(shí)，應(yīng)采用丙級(jí)防火門；水平排煙管道穿越防火墻時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)排煙防火閥；當(dāng)穿越兩個(gè)及兩個(gè)以上防火分區(qū)或排煙管道在走道的吊頂內(nèi)時(shí)，其管道的耐火極限不應(yīng)小于1h；排煙管道不應(yīng)穿越前室或樓梯間，如確有困難必須穿越時(shí)，其耐火極限不應(yīng)小于2h。

The 5. exhaust well shall be separated from the adjacent area with a fire-resistant limit of not less than 1h, and a class C fire protection gate should be adopted when a door must be set up on the wall; when a horizontal exhaust pipe passes through a firewall, a fire relief valve should be set up; when crossing two and more than two fire zones or smoke pipes in the ceiling of the aisle The fire resistance limit should not be less than 1h; the exhaust pipe should not pass through the front room or stairwell. If the difficulty is necessary, the fire resistance limit should not be less than 2H.
