1、打開(kāi)電箱門，開(kāi)啟漏電開(kāi)關(guān)，確認(rèn)設(shè)備停止工作，指示燈熄滅，打開(kāi)檢修門，用絕緣螺絲刀的金屬部分短接電場(chǎng)陰、陽(yáng)極板，來(lái)釋放電場(chǎng)中的殘留電，戴上膠手套，依次取出電場(chǎng)和均流網(wǎng)，取出的電場(chǎng)要放好，防止踩踏變形。
1. 3、清洗電場(chǎng)：將電場(chǎng)放到配置好的燒堿水中，用鉤子勾住，慢慢放入底部，防治堿液飛濺，堿液要沒(méi)過(guò)電場(chǎng)，浸泡10分鐘，油污多適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)浸泡時(shí)間(注意：忌長(zhǎng)時(shí)間浸泡不管)，浸泡適當(dāng)時(shí)間后，用鉤子勾住電場(chǎng)晃動(dòng)幾次，戴上膠手套拿出電場(chǎng)，瀝去多余的堿液，用水槍清洗電場(chǎng)上的污垢和堿液，特別是沖干凈絕緣子上的堿液和污垢，以免引起拉弧放電，不正常工作等，反轉(zhuǎn)電場(chǎng)再?zèng)_洗1次。

4、清洗均流網(wǎng)：把均流網(wǎng)放到堿液中，浸泡十分鐘，拿出均流網(wǎng)，用水槍把污垢和堿液沖洗干凈，擦拭電廠門板上的幾個(gè)絕緣子，用粗鐵絲疏通底部排油口，檢查電場(chǎng)絕緣子和門板絕緣子，如發(fā)現(xiàn)絕緣子破裂或者龜裂，必須更換檢查電場(chǎng)極板的距離是否均勻，如有變形，務(wù)必要扳正，檢查電場(chǎng)極板間是否有異物(毛線或者鋼絲)，如有務(wù)必要清理干凈。
4. Clean the current equalizing net: put the current equalizing net into the alkaline solution, soak it for ten minutes, take out the current equalizing net, wash the dirt and alkaline solution with a water gun, wipe several insulators on the door panel of the power plant, dredge the bottom oil drain with thick iron wire, check the electric field insulator and door panel insulator. If the insulator is found to be broken or cracked, replace it to check whether the distance between the electric field plates is even, and if there is any deformation, be sure to straighten it, Check whether there are foreign matters (wool or steel wire) between the electric field plates, and clean them if necessary.
5、裝回電場(chǎng)和均流網(wǎng)，關(guān)上電場(chǎng)門，注意彈簧要正對(duì)絕緣子的，鎖上門，合上漏電開(kāi)關(guān)，除煙指示燈亮，電流顯示正常，如有不正常，請(qǐng)檢查電場(chǎng)和絕緣子，合上電箱門，清洗維護(hù)完畢。
5. Replace the electric field and current sharing net, close the electric field door, pay attention to the spring should be facing the center of the insulator, lock the door, close the leakage switch, the smoke removal indicator light is on, and the current display is normal.
