1、通風(fēng)、空氣調(diào)節(jié)工程所使用的主要材料、設(shè)備、成品半成品等均應(yīng)有出廠(chǎng)合格證明書(shū)或質(zhì)量鑒定文件。

2、圓形風(fēng)管的三通，其夾角為90º。

1、部件安裝前應(yīng)進(jìn)行如下檢查，經(jīng)檢查合格并填寫(xiě)有關(guān)驗(yàn)收資料后方可進(jìn)行安裝：

1. The following inspections shall be carried out before component installation. Installation can be carried out only after passing the inspection and filling in relevant acceptance data:

1）各類(lèi)閥門(mén)制作應(yīng)牢固，調(diào)節(jié)制動(dòng)裝置應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確靈活、可靠，并標(biāo)明閥門(mén)啟閉方向，防火閥殼體厚度應(yīng)大于等于2mm，材料選用應(yīng)符合GB50243-97規(guī)范要求。西安通風(fēng)管道制作廠(chǎng)家

1) All kinds of valves shall be firmly manufactured, the adjusting and braking device shall be accurate, flexible and reliable, and the opening and closing direction of the valve shall be marked. 2）風(fēng)口表面應(yīng)平整，偏差<=2mm，矩形風(fēng)口對(duì)角線(xiàn)差<=3mm，圓形風(fēng)口任意正交兩直徑的允許偏差<=2mm。

2) The tuyere surface shall be flat with deviation < = 2mm, the diagonal difference of rectangular tuyere is < = 3mm, and the allowable deviation of any two orthogonal diameters of circular tuyere is < = 2mm.

3）風(fēng)口各轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分應(yīng)靈活，葉片或插板應(yīng)平直，葉片內(nèi)距應(yīng)均勻，散流器和調(diào)節(jié)應(yīng)同軸，軸向間距分布勻稱(chēng)，葉片等啟閉應(yīng)完全，人防密閉閥方向與沖擊波相準(zhǔn)確，不可裝反，葉片全開(kāi)或全閉，不可作調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)量之用。

4）柔性短管人防濾毒系統(tǒng)選用橡膠型，其他選用三防防火帆布，各吊、支、托架，應(yīng)平整牢固，焊縫飽滿(mǎn)，抱箍的圓弧應(yīng)均勻。
