1）單壁螺旋風(fēng)管直徑≤600mm采用芯管插接加自攻螺絲連接方式，直徑＞600mm采用角鋼法蘭連接。

1) Single wall spiral air duct with diameter less than or equal to 600mm shall be connected by core pipe plug-in and self tapping screw, and the diameter greater than 600mm shall be connected by angle steel flange.

2）雙壁螺旋風(fēng)管直徑＜650mm采用機械法蘭連接，直徑≥650mm采用角鋼法蘭連接。

2) Double wall spiral air duct with diameter less than 650mm is connected with mechanical flange, and diameter ≥ 650mm is connected with angle steel flange.

二、雙壁螺旋風(fēng)管加工一般規(guī)定:

1）外層螺旋風(fēng)管鍍鋅板為熱鍍鋅，其外層鍍鋅板厚度同單壁螺旋風(fēng)管要求。

1) The galvanized sheet of outer spiral air duct is hot-dip galvanized, and its thickness is the same as that of single wall spiral cyclone tube.

2）內(nèi)層板為0.55mm厚的穿孔鍍鋅板，穿孔率應(yīng)在30％以上。

3）中間保溫層采用厚度為25mm、密度為32kg／m3的玻璃棉做保溫吸聲，外貼碳化無紡布。

鋼帶架上裝好成卷的薄鋼帶，薄鋼帶通過切斷與焊接機構(gòu)進入壓制成型工作部分，成型工作頭（專用模具）使通風(fēng)管道按規(guī)定的管徑鎖縫成形。成型螺旋管沿成品架不斷加工，向前延長，移動鋸根據(jù)所需尺寸截取卷好的圓形螺旋通風(fēng)管。然后從成品架上卸下放成品區(qū)，按系統(tǒng)編好號。

1. 防火閥安裝方向位置應(yīng)正確，易熔件應(yīng)在系統(tǒng)安裝后裝入。

2. 螺旋風(fēng)管水平安裝，水平度的允許偏差每m不應(yīng)大于3mm，總偏差不應(yīng)大于20mm。螺旋風(fēng)管垂直安裝；垂直度的允許偏差每m不度大于2mm，總偏差不應(yīng)大于20mm

3. 各類風(fēng)口的安裝應(yīng)平整、位置應(yīng)正確、轉(zhuǎn)動部分靈活，與螺旋風(fēng)管的連接應(yīng)牢固。

4. 支吊、托架不應(yīng)設(shè)置在風(fēng)口，閥門檢視口處，吊架不得直接甩在法蘭上。
