The treatment of ventilation duct and the treatment path of ventilation duct tell you that the construction process of ventilation duct includes the following points:

　　1、管板槽

　　有三種板槽法:一種板槽法、兩種板槽法、四種板槽法。板料開槽有手工開槽和機(jī)械開槽兩種方法。

　　消聲通風(fēng)管道系統(tǒng)兩種密封膠帶:熱敏膠帶和壓敏膠帶。在用膠帶封管前，用專用夾持裝訂針應(yīng)使用固定管子的連接，裝訂針之間的距離為50mm。裝訂時(shí)，裝訂針應(yīng)稍微與縫成一定角度。綁扎針僅用于帶蓋舌的搭接固定。如果沒有蓋舌或平接口，膠帶應(yīng)使用進(jìn)行固定。大膠帶尺寸為300mm，每邊少1根。

　　Two kinds of sealing tapes are recommended for energy-saving silencing ventilation system: thermal tape and pressure-sensitive tape. Before sealing the pipe with tape, the special clamping binding needle should be connected with fixed pipe, and the distance between the binding needles is 50 mm. When binding, the binding needle should be slightly stitched at a certain angle. The binding needle is only used for lapping and fixing with cover tongue. If there is no cover tongue or flat joint, the tape should be used for fixing. The maximum tape size is 300 mm, with at least one tape on each side.

　　3、加強(qiáng)

　　當(dāng)通風(fēng)管道系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的靜載使玻璃纖維通風(fēng)管道壁產(chǎn)生1%的撓度時(shí)，需要對通風(fēng)管道進(jìn)行加固。一般可采用以下方法對消聲器通風(fēng)管道系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行加固:

　　拉桿加固方法，采用鋼顏色和套管加固，通常采用正壓加固500Pa以下。

　　框架加固方法，即采用輕鋼龍骨加固。

　　4. 修理損壞的地方

　　如果管道外表面有輕微破損，可使用專用密封膠帶進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。如果管道內(nèi)表面有輕微損傷，可以用schuber的特殊修復(fù)膠修復(fù)。如果管道外表面的鋁箔層損壞，但玻璃纖維保溫層沒有損壞，可以選擇合格的鋁箔來修復(fù)管道鋁箔表面。如果管壁的損傷已達(dá)到玻璃纖維保溫層，則可將損傷處切割下來，并可制作公接頭和母接頭?？筛鶕?jù)切割玻璃板的尺寸選擇另一塊完整的板材，并進(jìn)行良好的切割。男性關(guān)節(jié)和女性關(guān)節(jié)可以保留。如果管道損壞嚴(yán)重，損壞面積較大，可能影響通風(fēng)管道系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行，則需要對管道進(jìn)行更換和修復(fù)，以保證系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行。

If there is slight damage to the inner surface of the pipeline, it can be repaired with Schuber's special repair glue. If the aluminium foil layer on the outer surface of the pipeline is damaged, but the glass fiber insulation layer is not damaged, qualified aluminium foil can be selected to repair the aluminium foil surface of the pipeline. If the damage of the pipe wall has reached the glass fiber insulation layer, the damaged part can be cut off and the male and female joints can be made. According to the size of cutting glass plate, another complete plate can be selected and cut well. Both male and female joints can be retained. If the pipeline is seriously damaged and the damaged area is large, it may affect the normal operation of the ventilation pipeline system, then the pipeline needs to be replaced and repaired to ensure the normal operation of the system.
