關(guān)于比擬復(fù)雜的民用建筑，在設(shè)計(jì)階段，各工種（暖通、給水排水，供電照明與濟(jì)南螺旋風(fēng)管加工）應(yīng)協(xié)商好空間分隔，定出每種管道的標(biāo)高范圍。普通狀況下不得越出給本人規(guī)則的界線。遇有個(gè)別管段要越界時(shí)應(yīng)與其他工程協(xié)商。
In the design stage of a comparatively complex civil building, each type of work (HVAC, water supply and drainage, power supply and lighting, and processing of Jinan spiral duct) should first negotiate space separation and determine the elevation range of each type of pipeline. ?。?）當(dāng)風(fēng)管與風(fēng)機(jī)銜接時(shí)，應(yīng)在進(jìn)出風(fēng)口處加軟接頭，其軟接頭的斷面尺度應(yīng)與風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)出風(fēng)口共同。軟管接頭普通可采用帆布、人造革等資料，濟(jì)南螺旋風(fēng)管軟管長度不宜小于200，松緊度應(yīng)適合，柔性軟管可緩沖風(fēng)機(jī)的振蕩。
(1) When the duct is connected with the fan, a soft joint should be added at the inlet and outlet of the fan. The cross-sectional dimension of the soft joint should be the same as that of the inlet and outlet of the fan. The hose joint can generally use canvas, artificial leather and other information. （2）當(dāng)風(fēng)道與除塵設(shè)備、濟(jì)南螺旋風(fēng)管加熱設(shè)備等銜接前，應(yīng)待設(shè)備安裝終了后，按理論測繪的圖紙中止預(yù)制和安裝。
(2) Before connecting the air duct with the dust removal equipment and the heating equipment of Jinan spiral air duct, the prefabrication and installation shall be discontinued according to the theoretical mapping drawing after the installation of the equipment.
?。?）濟(jì)南通風(fēng)管道安裝時(shí)，進(jìn)、出風(fēng)日宜在風(fēng)道預(yù)制時(shí)開出洞口，如需在安裝終了的風(fēng)道上現(xiàn)開風(fēng)口，其接口處應(yīng)嚴(yán)密。
(3) When installing Jinan ventilation pipeline, the inlet and outlet should be opened when the duct is prefabricated. If the outlet is to be found in the duct after installation, the interface should be tight.
?。?）當(dāng)運(yùn)送含凝結(jié)水或含濕量較大的氣體時(shí)，其程度管道宜設(shè)有坡度，并在低點(diǎn)處接排水管。濟(jì)南螺旋風(fēng)管安裝時(shí)風(fēng)道底部不宜呈現(xiàn)縱向接縫，對(duì)底部有接縫處應(yīng)中止密封處置。
(4) When transporting gas with condensate water or high moisture content, the gradient of the pipeline should be set and the drainage pipe should be connected at the low point. When installing the spiral duct in Jinan, the longitudinal seam should not appear at the bottom of the duct, and the sealing treatment should be discontinued at the seam at the bottom.
?。?）對(duì)運(yùn)送易燃、易爆氣體的鋼板風(fēng)道，在風(fēng)道銜接法蘭處應(yīng)安裝跨接線，并與靜電接地網(wǎng)銜接。
(5) For steel plate air ducts transporting flammable and explosive gases, a cross connection shall be installed at the flange of the air duct connection and connected with the electrostatic grounding grid.
局部通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)又分為局部進(jìn)風(fēng)和局部排風(fēng)兩大類，它們都是應(yīng)用局部氣流，使局部工作地點(diǎn)不受有害物的污染，構(gòu)成良好的空氣環(huán)境。

1）風(fēng)管穿過建筑物的樓板或隔墻時(shí)應(yīng)設(shè)置壁厚不小于1.6mm的防護(hù)套管，且在風(fēng)管與防護(hù)套管之間采用對(duì)人體無害的不燃柔性資料封堵。
1) When the duct passes through the floor or partition wall of a building, a protective sleeve with a wall thickness of not less than 1.6 mm shall be installed, and a non-flammable flexible data blocking between the duct and the protective sleeve sleeve shall be adopted.
2）風(fēng)管裝置時(shí)嚴(yán)禁直接攀爬倚靠風(fēng)管。必要時(shí)應(yīng)運(yùn)用1000mm×2000mm左右的兩塊木板墊腳（增加受力面積），交替行進(jìn)，保證平安。
2) It is strictly forbidden to climb and lean on the duct directly when the duct is installed. When necessary, we should use two wooden board pads (about 1000mm * 2000mm) to increase the stress area, alternately travel, to ensure safety.
3）濟(jì)南螺旋風(fēng)管沿墻體或樓板裝置時(shí)，距墻面、樓板宜大于100mm。無吊頂明裝風(fēng)管的裝置位置與標(biāo)高誤差不應(yīng)大于10mm。與設(shè)備銜接法蘭的螺栓應(yīng)平均擰緊，其螺母宜在同一側(cè)。
3) When the spiral air duct is installed along the wall or floor in Jinan, the distance between the spiral air duct and the wall or floor should be greater than 100 mm. The error of installation position and elevation of open air duct without ceiling should not be greater than 10 mm. The bolts of the flange connecting with the equipment should be tightened evenly, and the nuts should be on the same side.
