通風(fēng)管道隨著使用時(shí)間的不斷增長(zhǎng)，里面會(huì)堆積很多的雜質(zhì)，這些雜質(zhì)長(zhǎng)期存儲(chǔ)在管道內(nèi)，在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中會(huì)加快它的油凝結(jié)，溫渡過(guò)高，構(gòu)成氣壓閥、液壓等部件的損壞，對(duì)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)構(gòu)成很大的影響。所以定期的對(duì)通風(fēng)管道設(shè)備進(jìn)行清理是非常有必要的。

(1)當(dāng)風(fēng)管與風(fēng)機(jī)銜接時(shí)，應(yīng)在進(jìn)出風(fēng)口處加軟接頭，其軟接頭的斷面尺度應(yīng)與風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)出風(fēng)口共同。軟管接頭普通可采用帆布、人造革等材料，軟管長(zhǎng)度不宜小于200，松緊度應(yīng)適宜，柔性軟管可緩沖風(fēng)機(jī)的振蕩。
(1) When the duct is connected with the fan, a soft joint should be added at the inlet and outlet of the fan, and the cross-sectional dimension of the soft joint should be the same as the inlet and outlet of the fan. The hose joint can be made of canvas, artificial leather and other materials. The hose length should not be less than 200, the elasticity should be suitable, and the flexible hose can cushion the vibration of the fan.
(2)當(dāng)風(fēng)道與除塵設(shè)備、加熱設(shè)備等銜接前，應(yīng)待設(shè)備裝置終了后，按理論測(cè)繪的圖紙中止預(yù)制和裝置。
(2) Before the air duct is connected with the dust removal equipment and the heating equipment, the prefabrication and the equipment shall be discontinued according to the theoretical drawing after the equipment is finished.
(3)濟(jì)南通風(fēng)管道裝置時(shí)，進(jìn)、出風(fēng)日宜在風(fēng)道預(yù)制時(shí)開出洞口，如需在裝置終了的風(fēng)道上現(xiàn)開風(fēng)口，其接口處應(yīng)緊密。
(3) When Jinan ventilation duct is installed, the inlet and outlet air should be opened when the duct is prefabricated. If the outlet is to be opened in the duct at the end of the installation, the interface should be close.
(4)當(dāng)運(yùn)送含凝結(jié)水或含濕量較大的氣體時(shí)，其水平管道宜設(shè)有坡度，并在低點(diǎn)處接排水管。裝置時(shí)風(fēng)道底部不宜呈現(xiàn)縱向接縫，對(duì)底部有接縫處應(yīng)中止密封處置。
(4) When transporting condensate or gas with high moisture content, the horizontal pipeline should be provided with a slope and a drainage pipe should be connected at the low point. The longitudinal joint is not suitable for the bottom of the duct, and the sealing treatment should be stopped for the joints at the bottom.
(5)對(duì)運(yùn)送易燃、易爆氣體的鋼板風(fēng)道，在風(fēng)道銜接法蘭處應(yīng)裝置跨接線，并與靜電接地網(wǎng)銜接。
(5) For the steel plate air duct conveying inflammable and explosive gases, the connecting flange of the air duct should be connected with the electrostatic grounding grid.
(6)當(dāng)水平風(fēng)道高度在4m以上時(shí)，裝置人員應(yīng)系帶。腳手架或移動(dòng)式支架上的跳板應(yīng)固定好，跳板寬度應(yīng)契合規(guī)范，在腳手架上的裝置人員宜攜東西袋，避免東西或電鉆等物掉落傷人。
(6) when the height of the horizontal airway is above 4m, the installation personnel should fasten the seat belt. The springboard on the scaffolding or movable support should be fixed well, the springboard width should conform to safety standards, and the installers on the scaffolding should carry bags to avoid falling things or electric drills.
(7)雙吊桿支架在風(fēng)道就位后，應(yīng)保證橫擔(dān)平直，吊桿不改動(dòng)，雙吊桿受力均勻。
(7) After the double suspender bracket is in place in the air duct, it should ensure that the cross-bearing is straight, the suspender rod does not change, and the force of the double suspender rod is uniform.
